At Devine Care, we offer outpatient treatment in our clinic located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our outpatient services are tailored to each client’s needs with evidence-based therapies and interventions to help our clients achieve their individual goals so they can live peaceful and prosperous lives.
We ensure that our professionals will guide our clients with consistency that will help them manage their symptoms so that they can cope with the challenges they face.
Devine Care Outpatient Clinic has a team comprised of several professionals on the team. The team is composed of a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs, one being fluent in bilingual and Spanish speaking), experienced Behavioral Health Technicians, Case managers, and Peer Support Specialists.

- Counseling (Individual and Group)

We currently accept MERCY CARE, OPTUM UHC, HUMANA, Cigna, Tricare, BCBS, and AETNA. MEGALLAN, and MEDICARE.
